Upon closure of an account for cause, 888phl may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately owed to the player and no legal impediment exists, it will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 888phl customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
